- Theological Paradigm
We embrace the Theology of the Kingdom as revealed in the Kingdom Story and outline in the Gospel of the Kingdom. All ministry – local and trans local – is initially assessed through this Kingdom lens. - Church Paradigm
We believe the Church is God’s Temple on earth: the place of His presence, the agency of His reign, and the relational family of His people. We are living stones, joined by the Spirit, committed to accountable, loving relationships. - Leadership Paradigm
Jesus is our model for leadership. We value servant leadership that is anointed and led by the Spirit, humble, sacrificial, and empowering—shepherds laying down their lives for the Bride of Christ. - Ministry Paradigm
Jesus’ model was discipleship that multiplied. We commit to discipling believers toward maturity and to catalysing societal transformation through Gospel-rooted leadership.
